A perfect Cake to make for an Autumn get together.

With just a few ingredients from your pantry, you can have a moist dessert cake ready to serve in no time.

EASY PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE

Ingredients:

1 (15 oz.) Can Pure Pumpkin (not pie mix)

1 Butter Golden Cake Mix (you can substitute yellow)

1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

2 Cups Milk Chocolate Chips

1 Premium White Chocolate Baking Bar

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Spray a 13 x 9 cake pan with nonstick baking spray, set aside.

3. In a large mixing bowl, add the dry Cake Mix and the Pure Pumpkin. Mix with a hand mixer on low speed mixing until well combined, scraping the sides to incorporate all the mix.

4. Stir in the Chocolate Chips.

5. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan.

6. Bake for 40-55 minutes. All ovens cook differently so check the cake at the 40 minute mark. When a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, the Cake is done. In my oven, the Cake was done in 47 minutes.

7. Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan.

8. Melt the White Chocolate according to package directions. Drizzle the White Chocolate over the top of the Cake as you see here.

9. Allow the White Chocolate to set, then you are ready to serve.
