Frangelico Fudge

Share

A creamy rich Fudge with a hint of Frangelico.

This recipe is so easy, all you have to remember is stir frequently and you will have perfect Fudge in no time. All you need are four ingredients to create this creamy Fudge.

The Frangelico hazelnut flavor is not overly prominent in this Fudge, however it really brings out the decadent Dark Chocolate flavor leaving just a hint of Hazelnut flavor behind.

FRANGELICO FUDGE

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Frangelico Liqueur
  • 2 (10 oz.) Packages Dark Chocolate Morsels
  • 1 (14 oz.) Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2/3 Cup Diced Walnuts

Directions:

1. Line an 8 x 8 pan with foil. Set aside.

2. Add the Chocolate Morsels and Sweetened Condensed Milk to a 2 quart heavy saucepan. Heat over the lowest possible setting on your stove. Stir frequently until the Chocolate mixture starts to melt and come together.

3. As the Chocolate mixture starts to become smooth and a little glossy, stir in the Frangelico. Then stir in the Nuts so they are well combined.

4. Transfer the Fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth out the Fudge evenly all the way to the edges.

5. Cover the pan and store the Fudge in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours to set.

6. After 3 hours, remove the Fudge from the pan by using the foil to lift it out of the pan. Remove the foil and cut the Fudge into 1″ or 2″ pieces.

7. Store any leftovers in a covered airtight container in the refrigerator, especially if you live in a warm climate.
