An easy Pasta with Zing!
It only takes 5 ingredients to whip up this Pasta Dish. If you like Buffalo Wild Wings Asian Zing Sauce on your Chicken Wings, wait til you try it in this Pasta Dish! Serve this Pasta with Garlic Breadsticks and a nice glass of Riesling or Sauvignon blanc.
ASIAN ZING PASTA with CHICKEN
Ingredients:
- 1 (12 oz.) Bottle Buffalo Wild Wings Asian Zing Sauce
- 4 Cups Cooked Chicken, shredded (rotisserie Chicken works great)
- 1 Pound Linguine
- 1 Stick Unsalted Butter
- 3/4 Cup Green Onions, Diced, plus more for garnish
Directions:
1. Begin boiling 4-6 quarts Salted Water in a pasta pot.
2. While waiting for the Water to come to a boil, Melt the Butter over low heat in a deep saute pan. Then whisk in the Asian Zing Sauce.
3. Fold the Chicken and Green Onions into the Sauce. Turn the heat down to keep warm.
4. Once the Water is boiling, add the Linguine to the pot and boil according to package directions.
5. When the Pasta is done, drain the Pasta then transfer it into the Sauce. Fold everything together so all the Pasta gets coated with the Sauce and all the ingredients are combined. Increase the heat to medium and continue to cook and stir the Pasta for about 2 minutes so the Pasta can absorb some of the Sauce and everything is heated through.
6. Get out your Pasta bowls for serving and garnish with a little bit of Green Onion on top. You should get about 8 servings.
