Perfect Punch for your next gathering.
This Punch is easy to make and you can have all the ingredients on hand to whip this up for your party or gathering. It is quite refreshing on a hot day!
RUM PUNCH WITH LIME
Ingredients:
- 1 (12 oz.) Can Frozen Limeade
- 1 (64 oz.) Bottle Cran Watermelon Juice (I used Ocean Spray)
- 1 & 1/2 Cups White Rum (I used Captain Morgan White Rum)
- 1 (1 liter) Bottle Gingerale
- 1 Lime Sliced
Directions:
1. Chill the Juice, Gingerale and Rum 24 hours in advance of making the Punch.
2. In a large Punch Bowl or large drink dispenser with a spigot (I use a 27 cup dispenser that I had on hand), pour the Cran Watermelon Juice, and the Limeade into the dispenser or punchbowl. Stir well until the Limeade dissolves.
3. Stir in the chilled Gingerale and Rum.
4. Add the Sliced Limes to float on top.
5. The Punch is already chilled but I serve Ice on the side with an Ice scoop. I prefer this method rather than adding Ice into the Punch, because the Ice dilutes the Punch.
