Okay, this one is for all you Pumpkin Pie lovers who are cutting back on Carbs.

I love Pumpkin Pie and I am currently cutting back on Carbs and Gluten. I just had to come up with a recipe so I can enjoy one of my favorite Pies.

These light and airy Clouds are heavenly.

Make these for breakfast, brunch or even a snack. These little gems are grain free, gluten free and low carb. But don’t let that fool you, they are delicious.

Serve them with a dollop of Jam, a drizzle of Honey or top them with fresh Fruit and a little Crème Fraiche.

Low Carb Crème Brulee

You can make a low carb version of Crème Brulee.

This recipe reinvents the Caramelized top coating similar to regular Creme Brulee.

The Custard is very creamy and oh so delicious!

You could also skip the caramelized top and simply add fresh berries if you prefer.

Low Carb Chocolate Almond Fudge

You can still have a sweet treat even though you are counting carbs.

I make these and store them in the freezer. Then I just take one or two out of the freezer when I have a Chocolate craving.

This is very easy to make.
