Smoked Salmon Cucumber Cups Appetizer

Reminiscent of lox, with Smoked Salmon, Capers and Dill in the recipe, then paired with the crunch of a fresh Cucumber. So delicious!

This is a very easy Appetizer to make yet presents itself very elegantly. There is a whole lot of flavor in this little Cucumber Cup.

Irish Cream Brownies

A Frosted Brownie with the flavors of Irish Cream.

I put a little twist on this recipe….instead of using Irish Cream Liqueur, I used Irish Cream flavored coffee creamer. If you are serving this to the whole family, kidlets included, just seems better to use the flavored creamer instead of the liqueur.

Irish Stew

This is a recipe for a hearty Stew made with Guinness Beer, a dry Irish Stout.

Traditional Irish Stew recipes usually have very few ingredients in them. The recipes vary depending on what part of Ireland the recipe hails from. Some call for lamb others beef, both are divine in this type of stew.

Lemon Curd is so zesty and refreshing. Make a batch, keep it in the refrigerator and use it on Crepes, Muffins, or Scones. Add a bit to plain yogurt for an extra zing!

They are many ways to create a good Lemon Curd.
