Hard Boiled Eggs In The Oven
It is hard to get Hard Boiled Eggs cooked just right.
Most of us are using the same old technique of boiling the Eggs in water and you are never sure when they are done.
Did you know you can make Hard Boiled Eggs in the oven? You don’t even need water to achieve the same texture.
Here is how you do it:
1.Pre-heat your oven to 325 degrees
2.Place desired number of Eggs in a muffin pan. Using a muffin pan, prevents the Eggs from rolling around
3.Bake for 30 minutes
4. Immediately place the Eggs in an ice bath to cool
You will find the Eggs peel much more easily than Eggs boiled in water. Give this a try. I think you will like this method much better than boiling.
