For this recipe, you can adjust the amount of Hot Sauce to your taste. My husband loves extra spicy so I added in about 30 drops of Hot Sauce.

Hawaiian Wild Rice Chicken Salad

This Salad is bursting with flavors. Serve it on a Croissant to make a nice luncheon sandwich.

I am from Minnesota and Wild Rice is known as the State Grain. It actually isn’t rice. It is an annual water-grass seed. It loves the cold waters in the rivers and lakes in Minnesota and actually was a staple for Chippewa and Sioux Indians.

Ham Salad Sandwich

Three simple ingredients turn Ham into Ham Salad and make a flavorful Sandwich!

Whether you call it Ham Salad or Deviled Ham, this is a great way to use leftover Ham. The tangy relish compliments the smoky Ham flavor and then we round it off with creamy Mayo.
