Make these for breakfast, brunch or even a snack. These little gems are grain free, gluten free and low carb. But don’t let that fool you, they are delicious.
Serve them with a dollop of Jam, a drizzle of Honey or top them with fresh Fruit and a little Crème Fraiche.
Fall is pumpkin season! This Bread is super moist and delicious.
My Pumpkin Bread is similar to the beloved banana bread but we are adding Pumpkin to give it a flair for the season. I used a canned Pumpkin but if you are ambitious, feel free to prepare a pie pumpkin and mash it to use in this recipe.

These are so easy to make and boy does the house smell good when these are baking.
Some cooks don’t like the look of Muffins in the paper cup. We are not all professional bakers and I think using the paper cups ensures your Muffins are coming out of the pan in one piece and the clean up is so much easier.
