Almond Bark Peanut Clusters

This is a delicious “no bake” treat.

Almond Bark packed with Peanuts and crispy cereal. These are easy to prepare and there is no baking required!

  • 24 Ounces Almond Bark
  • 2 & 1/4 Cups Salted Peanuts
  • 2 & 1/4 Cups Toasted Rice Cereal
  • 1 & 1/4 Cups Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Kahlua Peanut Butter Fudge Brownies

Super Moist layered Brownies!

This recipe almost tastes like we have combined soft Peanut Butter Cookies with Moist Fudge Brownies. The Kahlua flavor is not very prominent. It helps to keep these Brownies moist and the slight coffee flavor just enhances the Chocolate and Peanut Butter flavors.

Tuna and Spinach Pasta Salad

A twist on traditional Tuna Pasta Salad.

Okay, so when we say Tuna Pasta Salad, we all think of the recipe that calls for Tuna, Peas, Celery and Pasta Shells in a creamy mayo dressing. While the traditional recipe is good, it is nice to have a few lighter alternatives.

Rotini with Spinach and Garbanzo Beans

This colorful Pasta is full of flavor and is oh so delicious!

Once a week I like to make a vegetarian entree for dinner and this one is a big hit in my household. This recipe serves four, double it if you are serving additional guests or just want to have delicious leftovers for lunches the next day.

Make Ahead Roast Beef Sliders

Serve these Sandwich gems at your next gathering!

These Sliders are easy to make and since you make them ahead of time, you can pop them in the oven just prior to company arriving or put them in the oven at half time.

Creamy Hash Browns with Ham

Baked Hash Browns with Cheese, Ham, and Bacon. Need I say more!

These Potatoes are oh so creamy and full of flavor.

Leftover Ham? Try this recipe. This dish can be served as an entree, a side dish or add it to your brunch buffet

This recipe is very easy to make and the leftovers are fabulous!
