Ranch Potato Salad

This creamy Potato Salad pairs well with spicy barbecue dishes.

For this recipe I added Radishes and Green Pepper. These two vegetables are not just for green salads. They add a little crunch and flavor to this Potato Salad.

I like to serve this with spicy buffalo chicken or spicy grilled pork chops.

Tuna Hot Dish

A classic comfort food punched up with a bit of color and flavor.

Tuna Casserole, or as we like to call it here in Minnesota, Tuna Hot Dish, is a family favorite in many households. You will find many variations to this classic dish.

Oven Beef Stew

There is nothing better than the smell of Beef Stew slowly cooking in the oven.

This recipe is great to prepare on a rainy or snowy day. What is better on a chilly day than a nice hearty Stew?

Slow cooking Stew in the oven is a foolproof method in my opinion.

7 Common Mistakes When Using Nonstick Pans

7 Common Mistakes When Using Nonstick Pans
1. Never use High Heat when cooking in a Nonstick Pan. High heat causes the pans coating to crack.

2. Don’t use Metal Utensils in Nonstick Pans. They will scratch and chip the coating.

Cherry Almond Bars

These Bars are delicious for dessert or even to serve at your next brunch.

Cherry and Almond are one of the great flavor combinations. This recipe makes an entire half sheet pan so you can serve a crowd if you cut smaller bars.
